Phillips Head sheet metal screws, with recessed Mar-Proof black
nylon washers and Speed Nuts® part 80-0414-03 are used to fas-
ten Instrument Panels to punched Vertical Mounting Rails. Screw
80-0101-05, 10B x 1 1/8” is used with 5/8” formed panels while
screw 80-0102-05, 10B x 5/8” is used with 1/8” flat panels.
Screws and Speed Nuts® are Zinc Plated with Trivalent
Chromium Passivation.
