In the fields of intelligence and computer
security, TEMPEST requirements, specifically NSA
94-106, is among the most stringent.
The new R6 electronics enclosure, developed
by Equipto Electronics’ engineers, not only
meets but far exceeds the NSA 94-106 standard.
So great is the R6’s level of EMI/RFI attenuation
that during tests by an independent
laboratory, the signal generator was checked
to be sure it was working properly.
The R6 model tested included front and rear
opening doors, a fiber wave guide inserted in
the top of the cabinet, and an Equipto
Electronics proprietary honeycomb filter
in the bottom.
