The following terms are applicable to all Equipto Electronics Corp. Invoices

A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $50.00 WILL APPLY TO EACH ORDER.

We are NOT subject to backup withholding under the provisions of section 3406(a)(1)(c) of the Internal Revenue Code ID-36-2431953

We hereby certify that in the production of the goods covered by this invoice we have complied with the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and have not knowingly incorporated in such goods any materials produced in violation of said act.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Never return goods unless you have authority to do so. Upon arrival of returned goods in good condition, if authorized by us, transportation charges prepaid, we will render credit for value of such material, less 30%, which is to reimburse us for the expense of shipping, handling, drayage, inspection, etc.

When goods are special their return cannot be authorized. All goods returned without authority from us will be refused.

PLEASE CHECK AND INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT FOR SHORTAGE, LOSS OR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING CARRIER'S RECEIPT. OUR RESPONSIBILITY CEASES ON OUR DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER.
